SKATE WORLD also features an outdoor photo exhibition celebrating skateboarders who ride at Canora Courts—showcasing the diverse and welcoming skate community that’s thriving right here in west-central Edmonton, especially the women and 2SLGBTQIA+ skateboarders who are creating an even stronger culture for skateboarding.
Whether you're a skateboarder, an art lover, or simply curious, SKATE WORLD is your chance to explore a vibrant space, meet new people, celebrate with community and experience the joy of creativity together.

PROJECTS FOR BELONGING:
These projects—ranging from arts festivals to community pickleball courts—are all about strengthening the threads that hold our neighborhoods together and creating spaces where everyone feels like they truly belong.
Whether you’re into local music, food markets, dance programs, or creative public gatherings, there’s something happening near you. These are community-led ideas, powered by people who care deeply about this place and want to see it thrive.
Event dates and updates will be rolling out soon—you won’t want to miss what’s next in the movement to make Jasper Place more connected, inclusive, and welcoming for all.
