Storefront Improvement Area Grant
Up to $50,000 in reimbursement grants for eligible shops along active sidewalks.
Storefront Refresh Grant
Up to $1000 in matching funds for small improvements such as painting or flowerbox installation.
Development Incentive Grant
Grants towards new developments; up to $100,000 for commercial developments, and up to $250,000 for mixed-use developments.
Interior Development Grant
Up to 50% of a projects cost, to a maximum of $20,000.
