Building Redevelopment & Upgrades

Storefront Improvement
Area Grant

Reimbursement grants for eligible shops along active sidewalks. Mid-block buildings may be eligible for up to $25,000. Corner buildings may be eligible for up to $50,000.
2024 intake periods run Feb 1-29, April 1-30, and Oct 1-31.

Storefront Refresh Grant
Up to $1000 in matching funds for small improvements such as painting or flowerbox installation.

Interior Development Grant
Up to 50% of a projects cost, to a maximum of $20,000.
This program is not accepting applications at this time.

Development Incentive Grant
Funds towards new developments; up to $100,000 for commercial developments, and up to $200,000 for mixed-use developments.
